Kanoos Residency was inaugurated on November 18, 2007 by the Hon. Agriculture Minister, Mr. Mullakkara Ratnakaran.
It has been the enduring vision of Mr. Kadar Pillai, Chairman and Managing Director, to establish a chain of successful hospitality ventures in Kerala / South India. The birth of Kanoos Residency is the first step towards the realisation of this dream.
Conveniently located at a five minutes walking distance from the Guruvayur Lord Krishna Temple, it is at once close enough for frequent darshans while at the same time standing apart from the throng of temple visitors. The resort is only a forty minute ride from the Trichur railway station (27 kms) while the nearest airport is the Cochin International Airport at a distance of 87 kms. .
